- Develop SOPs and internal enablement materials
- Perform root cause analysis for process fixes
- Optimize HR system workflows and permissions
- Maintain accurate and auditable data standards
- Automate manual tasks through operational design
- Ensure compliant process consistency across locations
- Coordinate payroll inputs for Germany and the US
- Collaborate with PEOs and external payroll partners
- Validate payroll changes, allowances, and terminations
- Meet strict payroll deadlines and cutoffs
- Troubleshoot inquiries during payroll cycles
- Manage German occupational health and safety processes
- Coordinate safety trainings and medical checks
- Maintain audit-ready operational documentation
- Partner with Finance, IT, and People teams
- Communicate project responsibilities and dependencies clearly
