- •Experience with ADP and Workday (ideal)

- •Create contracts and manage onboarding
- •Handle internal moves and offboarding
- •Process payroll for Germany and UK
- •Manage employee requests via ticketing systems
- •Improve existing People Team processes
- •Process all payments and deductions accurately
- •Reconcile tax and social security filings
- •Prepare and submit variable payroll data
- •Manage sabbaticals and various parental leaves
- •Calculate vacation balances for departing staff
- •Analyze payroll data for finance teams
- •Identify and drive automation opportunities
- •Manage benefit and pension vendors
- •Generate HRIS reports for executive decisions
- •Maintain compliant employee files
- •Handle sensitive employee relations issues
- •Manage detailed payroll checklists and reviews
