- Handle employee offboarding processes
- Respond to day-to-day employee requests
- Manage payroll processes in Germany and Austria
- Collaborate with EOR provider on global onboarding
- Ensure compliant contracts and accurate processes with EOR provider
- Support audits of employee data
- Ensure accurate and compliant HRIS data
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify processes
- Utilize AI tools for process improvement
- Manage People Operations policy updates
- Lead People Operations tool rollouts
- Develop People Operations process documentation
- Partner with IT, Finance, and Legal teams
- Ensure seamless cross-functional processes
- Maintain compliance across departments
- Facilitate a smooth employee lifecycle
- Support office-related topics in Hamburg
