- Manage employee contracts across Europe
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding
- Handle daily employee requests
- Deliver an outstanding employee experience
- Manage payroll processes for Germany and Austria
- Collaborate with external tax offices
- Partner with EOR provider (Remote)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and compliant contracts
- Ensure accurate international processes
- Support HR audits
- Ensure accurate and compliant employee data in HRIS
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes
- Simplify processes, including using AI tools
- Manage People Operations topics like policy updates
- Oversee tool rollouts
- Document People Operations processes
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal teams
- Ensure seamless cross-functional processes
- Maintain compliance across departments
- Support a smooth employee lifecycle
- Support office-related topics (if based in Hamburg)
