- Proactive, hands-on mindset with passion for employee experiences
- Openness to build, experiment, and challenge status quo
- Interest in AI and technology for People processes
- Curiosity or experience in People Analytics/data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple topics and keep things moving
- Full professional fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Design, create, and deliver learning and development programs
- Facilitate workshops and initiatives for employee growth
- Partner with People Business Partners on initiatives
- Drive employee events and engagement initiatives
- Improve and maintain People tools and documentation
- Manage internal communication channels
- Serve as a point of contact for employees
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience
- Implement changes to employee experience processes
- Support delivery of People programs
- Gather and translate feedback into improvements
