- Support People Leaders in daily operations
- Develop and implement company culture initiatives
- Advise on all HR-related matters
- Support team leadership and employee development
- Implement annual P&C core processes
- Ensure process efficiency and consistency
- Lead recruitment for Swiss market
- Maintain HRIS (Workday) accuracy
- Visit and support Retail teams in Switzerland
- Contribute to local, regional, and global P&C projects
- Act as deputy for P&C Senior Coordinator in Germany
- Act as deputy for Senior Payroll & Operations Specialist in Switzerland
- Manage HR administration across employee lifecycle
- Process payroll with external partner
- Administer insurance and absence management
