- Build trusted relationships with managers
- Serve as first point of contact for people issues
- Handle employee relations cases end-to-end

- Coach managers on people processes
- Reduce manager escalations and build confidence
- Support company growth with People function
- Track headcount and manage talent reviews
- Drive onboarding quality and early retention
- Improve people processes across HQ teams
- Coordinate with senior PBP for process rollout
- Document and optimize BP operating model
- Identify and solve process gaps
