Aufgaben
- Serve as primary HR contact for Darmstadt employees and managers
- Handle day-to-day HR questions and provide guidance
- Partner with local leadership on organizational priorities
- Support employee relations and performance enablement
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare documents and equipment for new hires
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Manage local HR operations
- Handle employment contracts and personnel files
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Collect payroll input and track absences and leave
- Collaborate with HR Ops team in Berlin
- Support payroll, benefits, and systems
- Provide guidance on employee relations with empathy and discretion
- Guide managers through performance reviews and feedback
- Support career development planning
- Foster engagement and culture
- Organize and implement HR initiatives
- Contribute to company-wide HR processes
- Support design and rollout of HR initiatives
- Enhance employee experience across Focused Energy locations
