Aufgaben
- Assist in designing and developing new and existing medical devices
- Develop specifications, prototypes, and design documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Support preparation of design/development documentation
- Participate in risk assessments and design/project reviews
- Participate in verification testing to ensure product safety and efficacy
- Assist in building and testing prototype devices
- Select appropriate materials for devices
- Assist in developing processes and test methods
- Assist in developing characterization studies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with NPI, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, suppliers, and customers
- Support design/process activities for manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness
- Assist in preparing and maintaining design/development documentation
- Ensure documentation complies with ISO, regulatory, and company standards
- Manage tasks for project execution
- Participate in team meetings
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation
- Coordinate testing activities with internal and external partners
- Meet project timelines and deliverables
- Support product launches with engineering input during transition to production
- Resolve technical issues during product launches
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Contribute to early-stage innovation efforts
- Research new technologies
- Support technical feasibility assessments
- Manage multiple tasks
- Adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
