- Collaborate with external payroll provider
- Maintain and oversee time tracking in ATOSS
- Ensure compliance with German labor, tax, and social security regulations
- Adhere to collective agreements
- Serve as trusted contact for payroll and time management inquiries
- Prepare reports and analyses for HR and Finance
- Coordinate with external partners, authorities, and social security institutions
- Support and improve payroll and HR processes
