Aufgaben
- Manage payroll process via external provider
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain payroll records
- Advise management on projects and change management
- Understand and enforce GEA global and local policies
- Collaborate with local HRBP’s and central HR hub
- Sync Workday system with payroll software
- Perform data entry as needed
- Ensure timely payments of salaries, taxes, and social charges
- Respond to employee queries and escalate concerns
- Identify process improvements
- Act as backup during absences
