Anforderungen
- •Banking qualification (CFC) or commercial qualification with banking experience
- •2–3 years of experience in payments processing domain or back-office
- •Good command of English; German is an asset
- •Strong knowledge of different payment types (SWIFT, SEPA, PACS, BVR, etc.)
- •Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- •Process cash inflows for customers
- •Send SWIFT, PACS, and CAMT messages to correspondent banks
- •Book internal and external transfers for departments
- •Investigate and analyze payments
- •Resolve outstanding reconciliation cases
- •Respond to Customer Care requests regarding payments
- •Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Compliance, Settlement, and Reconciliation teams
- •Contribute ideas to optimize business workflows
- •Participate in team and brainstorming meetings
