- •Ability to manage complex daily business
- •Experience in Business Process Outsourcing environments
- •Knowledge of operational controls and risk
- •Hands-on experience with Avaloq and Microsoft
- •Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- •Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- •Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Ability to work under pressure
- •Proficiency in English and fluent German
- •Motivation and enthusiasm for financial sector
