- Prepare applications for German, European, and foreign patents
- Assist with patent portfolio drafting and prosecution
- Manage the patent portfolio across multiple jurisdictions
- Analyze third-party IP landscapes
- Guide freedom-to-operate assessments
- Develop clearance strategies
- Inform competitive positioning
- Counsel on patentability, validity, and infringement
- Serve as internal IP expert
- Advise cross-functional teams on IP risks and opportunities
- Coordinate patent-related activities with external counsel
