Partnership Sales Manager, Dynamic Yield (Channels & Alliances)(m/w/x)
Building and activating a channel ecosystem for Dynamic Yield's SaaS MarTech platform in CEE/SEE. Proven experience in channel/alliance sales for SaaS MarTech, with agency/tech partners, required. Work within a global financial technology company.
Anforderungen
- Proven experience in channel, alliances, or partner sales (SaaS, MarTech, personalization, ecommerce, digital experience platforms)
- Strong background with agency and/or technology partners, ideally within a mature partner ecosystem
- Solid understanding of partner-led sales models (referral, influence motions)
- Effective communication of complex ideas (verbal, written) in English and ideally German
- Commercial mindset, relationship-driven, comfortable influencing without direct authority
- Experience collaborating with sales teams (pipeline, revenue)
- Autonomous operation across geographies, navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Adherence to Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
- Reporting suspected information security violations or breaches
- Completion of mandatory security trainings (Mastercard guidelines)

- Build and deepen relationships with complementary partners
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Activate and grow existing partners
- Selectively onboard new, high-impact partners
- Educate, enable, and support partners
- Collaborate with Mastercard partnership teams
- Maintain Dynamic Yield agreements and processes
- Support regional sales engagements for new business and renewals
- Tailor partner strategies to individual markets
