In this role, you will be the key liaison with the BPO partner, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to support customers effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing training materials, maintaining the knowledge base, and facilitating communication about process changes.

Anforderungen

• •Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification
• •Initial experience in Service Desk or customer support
• •Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• •Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• •Independent and structured working style
• •Team player with resilience
• •Very good command of English

Aufgaben

• •Manage the relationship with the BPO partner
• •Prepare the service provider with necessary technical knowledge
• •Ensure relevant trainings and C2Cs are assigned and updated
• •Communicate changes to key products and processes to the BPO
• •Develop and update governance and training materials
• •Maintain and update the knowledge base for partners
• •Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Desk processes
• •Proactively communicate with partners about their requests
• •Support the Partner Management Team with administrative tasks
