- •Strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills
- •Knowledge of insurance training and consulting
- •Excellent command of English and German
- •Knowledge of life insurance and asset management
- •Ideally cross-OE strategy or product experience
- •Willingness to drive transformation
- •Expert knowledge of AI frameworks
- •Affinity for IT and Generative AI
- •International experience or multilingual skills
- •Motivation to regularly change positions
