  • Experience building scalable partner programs
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Experience engaging senior executives
  • Experience in complex sales environments
  • Knowledge of AI markets
  • Knowledge of productivity software markets

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Native or bilingual level German

Aufgaben

  • Build and scale indirect business through VARs, Distributors, and SI partners
  • Establish new partnerships for AI-powered productivity solutions
  • Deliver measurable impact on sourced pipeline and Closed Won Business
  • Drive accelerated revenue growth through new partnerships
  • Recruit and manage partners for Voice technology and AI-supported productivity
  • Win new high-value partnerships via strategic relationship-building
  • Conduct commercial negotiations with partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners for market expansion
  • Manage partner sales performance
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline health
  • Execute agreed revenue targets
  • Develop and own the DACH Channel Partner Plan
  • Set direction for partner engagement and GTM priorities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Align performance with partner and internal executives
  • Drive and scale partner onboarding programs
  • Coordinate partner enablement initiatives
  • Manage co-marketing programs with partners
  • Implement partner incentive programs
  • Accelerate partner pipeline creation and close rates
  • Ensure partner sellers and engineers are trained and certified
  • Support partner sellers with opportunity qualification
  • Assist partners with deal registration
  • Provide pricing support to partners
  • Manage partner contracts
  • Offer closing support to partners
  • Collaborate with direct sales for alignment
  • Ensure co-sell readiness with direct sales
  • Engage partners throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify and resolve channel conflicts
