Aufgaben
- Drive awareness and guest acquisition through regional paid activations
- Execute paid media strategies for EMEA Brand Marketing
- Develop tactical plans for EMEA Brand Marketing activations
- Manage Top-of-Funnel paid media for Brand and Product campaigns
- Plan Brand Experiences and new store opening promotions
- Collaborate with Brand Communications and global teams
- Partner with external agencies to deliver regional strategies
- Build media plans based on awareness, traffic, and conversion
- Define and oversee budget allocation across advertising channels
- Analyze cross-channel performance to identify optimization levers
- Run structured A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Deliver campaign reports to regional and global leadership
- Manage the EMEA paid media digital agency
- Plan, brief, and review paid assets and copy
- Work cross-functionally to create strong paid media plans
- Align paid media initiatives with the EMEA Digital Commerce team
- Coordinate brand execution across all digital touchpoints
- Update internal teams on paid media plans and strategies
- Lead and own all paid media topics
- Optimize structures and processes to improve efficiency
- Stay current with digital media and AdTech trends
- Scale Top-of-Funnel paid media strategies in EMEA
- Utilize AI tools to increase automation and speed to market
