Anforderungen
- Deep understanding of performance media tactics and campaign planning
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms and Adobe Analytics
- Familiarity with tagging, tracking, and measurement fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 2+ years' experience in Paid Digital Advertising Strategy
- 2+ years’ experience in standard ad buying platforms
- Ability to contextualize numbers and build business narratives
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-market digital strategies
- Natural collaboration, alignment building, momentum and clarity maintenance
- Proactiveness, self-direction, comfort with autonomy, thriving in fast-moving environments
- Passion for work and outdoor life
- Proven experience managing regional/multi-market digital strategies, balancing global/local needs
Aufgaben
- Drive digital performance and presence across EMEA.
- Deliver measurable growth across paid and digital channels.
- Execute and continuously optimize digital marketing channels.
- Balance global strategy with local market needs.
- Partner daily with Global Digital Growth Marketing team.
- Represent EMEA insights in global planning and execution.
- Manage budgets for various ad programs.
- Accrue and reconcile monthly spending with finance.
- Collaborate with EMEA Brand Marketing.
- Align performance initiatives with brand strategy.
- Coordinate creative development for digital touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across digital touchpoints.
- Manage and track the regional digital marketing budget.
- Support accurate budget forecasting.
- Ensure visibility into spend and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Google and Meta.
- Maintain strong relationships with global platform teams.
- Align regional priorities and opportunities with partners.
- Align regional best practices with partners.
- Oversee partnership with Global Affiliate Agency.
- Drive ongoing optimization with the agency.
- Evaluate agency partners.
- Enhance channel efficiency with the agency.
- Continuously review channel and campaign performance.
- Identify efficiencies and unlock incremental value.
- Drive long-term sustainable growth across EMEA.
- Build strong relationships with outside vendors and agencies.
- Stay updated on media trends.
- Introduce new business opportunities.
- Scale performance media strategies.
- Develop 3-5 year growth plans.
- Align growth plans with company targets.
- Grow an in-house performance marketing execution team.
- Develop strategies for an omnichannel future.
