In this role, you will collaborate with outsourcing experts to enhance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring outsourcing arrangements, providing training, and reporting key insights to the Management Board.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in economics, business administration, law, or comparable professional experience
• •At least 2 years of professional experience in Outsourcing, Regulatory, or comparable environment
• •Good knowledge of relevant supervisory law (DORA, MaRisk, WpIG, WpHG, MiFID II)
• •Self-motivation and focus on delivery with a result-oriented and structured approach to problem solving
• •Flexibility and willingness to learn new topics and take on new tasks independently
• •Very good knowledge in general office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and understanding of workflow tools and process improvements
• •Very strong communication skills in German and English, including ability to present complex topics comprehensively

• •Implement projects related to outsourcing and ICT services
• •Review and assess outsourcing arrangements
• •Monitor and report on regulatory outsourcing compliance
• •Analyze changes in outsourcing regulations
• •Ensure identification of outsourcing arrangements
• •Provide guidance and training on the outsourcing process
• •Support internal and external audits for outsourcing
• •Report material results and risks to the Management Board
