Anforderungen

- 3–6 years’ hands-on experience in OT/ICS environments
- Proven experience with SCADA/DCS platforms and components
- Solid understanding of OT protocols
- Experience working with energy trading interfaces or grid operator communication protocols
- Understanding of ancillary services and their real-time SCADA/market communication requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in OT network design and firewall configuration
- Hands-on experience with Industrial Network Devices and secure remote access for SCADA/OT environments
- Knowledge of network monitoring and anomaly detection tools
- Experience managing SCADA/OT servers and virtualized environments
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards
- Strong communication and documentation skills; fluent in English
- Hands-on team player who can mentor and standardize solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
Aufgaben
- Design secure-by-design architectures
- Implement and improve OT network security
- Ensure compliance with KRITIS/NIS2 and ISO standards
- Protect real-time data flows between assets and control centers
- Maintain secure OT network architectures, including segmentation and firewalls
- Facilitate secure data exchange between SCADA systems and trading platforms
- Embed Zero Trust principles in SCADA/OT solutions
- Review configurations for routers and industrial firewalls
- Contribute to OT security templates and documentation
- Implement access control and patching for OT systems
- Monitor OT network traffic and respond to anomalies
- Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
- Participate in incident response for OT security events
- Monitor control signals to prevent tampering in energy trading
- Ensure compliance with grid codes and cybersecurity requirements
- Maintain evidence for ISMS audits and assist in security audits
- Conduct regular OT security risk assessments
- Collaborate with SCADA and Network teams for secure connectivity
- Support secure onboarding of new assets
- Mentor junior engineers on secure OT practices
- Act as a liaison between OT operations, IT security, and vendors
