- Relevant completed degree in business informatics, IT security, or comparable field
- Proven practical experience as a Junior Security Consultant
- Knowledge and experience in OT security, ICS, SCADA systems, network security, asset inventory, and vulnerability management
- Knowledge and experience in IT/OT security standards, network security, operating systems, and application security
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443)
- Knowledge and experience in risk assessments
- Knowledge and experience in technical project management
- Strong affinity for digitalization, IT/OT infrastructures, IoT principles, and network technologies
- Analytical thinking, initiative, precise and conscientious working style, strong communication skills, and confident demeanor
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a distributed team
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is desirable
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Aufgaben
- Implement designs in practical application environments
- Support projects from requirements development to pilot projects
- Collaborate on security strategies and ISMS design
- Select security and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and security standards
- Conduct security analyses and risk assessments
- Develop and implement security guidelines and procedures
- Plan security measures to identify and eliminate vulnerabilities
- Implement awareness measures for security
- Observe technological developments in OT security
- Prepare quotations for projects
- Create structured documentation such as presentations and guidelines
- Present work results effectively
