In this role, you will be at the forefront of a significant transformation, bridging the gap between technical ERP implementation and organizational change. Your focus will be on crafting a compelling narrative, empowering leaders, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new practices.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in a human-centric field, such as psychology, sociology, or organizational behavior, or qualification in Systemic Coaching or Organizational Development
• •Proven track record in systemic organizational development and understanding of human impact of large-scale IT projects or digital transformations
• •Ability to recognize patterns and ripple effects within an organizational system
• •Active design, coordination, and delivery of change initiatives
• •Full accountability and solution-oriented mindset
• •Proficiency in aligning change milestones with technical project plans using waterfall and agile methodologies
• •Fluency in English and German with clear communication style
• •Comfort with occasional cross-time-zone meetings in an international setup

Aufgaben

• •Own and evolve the change strategy for SAP implementation
• •Design a multi-level transformation narrative with Internal Communications
• •Establish feedback loops for real-time insights from the organization
• •Partner with leadership teams to empower them as change agents
• •Facilitate project team development measures to maintain trust and performance
• •Provide empathetic transition support for role evolutions
• •Lead and quality-assure external implementation partners' deliverables
