  • •Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and roadblocks
  • •Prepare for key supplier and partner interactions
  • •Support the rollout of digital operations tools
  • •Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives in manufacturing
  • •Collaborate on analytics and GenAI use cases
  • •Prepare operational dashboards and executive presentations
  • •Track core KPIs including delivery and quality
  • •Manage cross-functional COO projects from end-to-end
  • •Track transformation progress and project risks
  • •Enable change adoption through stakeholder engagement
  • •Support operational governance and performance routines
  • •Foster collaboration across global operations teams
