  • Track record driving commercial outcomes from organic channels

  • Define and own organic growth strategy for Blacklane
  • Set clear objectives for organic channels
  • Integrate organic activity with product, web, brand, and paid media
  • Maintain prioritised roadmap for organic growth
  • Line manage and support Organic Growth team
  • Run effective operating routines
  • Create culture valuing clarity, ownership, and experimentation
  • Design processes for experimentation and prioritisation
  • Develop Blacklane’s AEO approach
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, MarTech, Data, and Engineering
  • Invest in quick wins and long-term compounders
  • Define measurement framework for organic channels
  • Build test-and-learn agenda
  • Translate performance into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Work with Product and Engineering on technical changes
  • Partner with Brand/Comms and regional marketing
  • Represent organic growth in planning forums
  • Share knowledge with content creators and marketers
  • Shape future design of organic growth function
  • Stay updated on search and AI changes
  • Identify need for additional headcount, partners, or tools
