Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • High organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Excellent work ethic, self-awareness, transparency, and openness to feedback
  • Quantitative analysis of financial metrics for bookings and reporting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under high volume and multiple deadlines
  • Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite/SAP order processing
  • Initiative and critical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional fluency in German preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in Austria
  • Not listed on government restricted party lists and certification of no violation of sanctions or export control regulations

Aufgaben

  • Set up new customers, contracts, and renewals
  • Invoice accurately based on executed sales orders
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP Public Cloud
  • Process sales orders from Salesforce in SAP Public Cloud
  • Follow customer invoicing requirements and supplier portals
  • Ensure timely processing and payments
  • Maintain precise records in Salesforce for ARR and bookings
  • Set up purchase orders and supplier portals for onboarding
  • Address external and internal customer queries
  • Collaborate with the Deal Desk to align orders with expectations
  • Analyze AR reports to prioritize collections
  • Identify root causes of unpaid invoices
  • Research systems, portals, and contracts to resolve issues
