- Ensure urgent packages reach the correct destinations on time
- Answer customer calls regarding shipment collections and delivery inquiries
- Investigate and resolve failed shipment deliveries or collections
- Prioritize and reallocate failed deliveries for the next day
- Enter data into the in-house tracking system
- Maintain effective communication with the team and operations stations
- Adhere to company processes, regulatory requirements, and controls
- Create export certificates and exit notes
- Complete and verify shipment data for accuracy
- Check outgoing customs shipments for regulatory compliance
- Scan and archive shipping documents digitally
- Process and resolve shipment blockages
- Handle internal and external customer inquiries
- Retrieve routing information for the paperwork process
