- Support investor onboarding and compliance processes
- Conduct KYC/AML checks and flag inconsistencies
- Coordinate investor support and client onboarding
- Prepare documents for fund onboarding
- Troubleshoot operational issues during fund transitions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Map fund structures for onboarding
- Manage investor onboarding and investment documentation
- Handle capital calls and related processes
- Ensure efficient deal execution across jurisdictions
- Take ownership of investor reporting cycles
- Work with large datasets and external accountants
- Collaborate with the product team for accurate reporting
- Support process execution, improvement, and scale in a focus area
