- Prior internship experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, VC/PE, or dynamic settings
- Strong determination and willingness to tackle tasks head-on
- Swift adaptability to shifting priorities
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficient Excel skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin for the internship
- Valid working permit in Germany
Aufgaben
- Assist in improving CEEZER's transaction lifecycle
- Implement workflow automation using Low-code tools
- Execute daily operational tasks in customer communication
- Support onboarding processes for new customers
- Issue invoices and assist with month-end closing
- Monitor and refine transaction flows for accuracy
- Handle disputes between buyers and project developers
- Standardize dispute resolution processes
- Perform data analyses and build BI reports
- Automate alerts and track key operational KPIs
- Collaborate with teams across Revenue, Supply, Finance, and Legal
