Aufgaben
- Own worldwide B2B footwear shipments, including after-sales support, returns, swaps, and customer claims
- Manage the day-to-day B2B outbound flow
- Act as the main point of contact for Operations & Fulfillment
- Ensure seamless communication with external Partners and internal teams
- Manage performance, staffing, and holiday planning for two coordinators
- Ensure uninterrupted operations and fulfillment KPIs, especially during peak periods
- Oversee B2B inbound processing, including system uploads, 3PL coordination, and warehouse booking-in
- Work closely with the Wholesale team to ensure on-time shipments
- Proactively communicate delays or disruptions
- Coordinate B2B shipments, including creating shipping and customs documentation, client portals, and 3PL ship-outs
- Efficiently manage client enquiries, returns, swaps, and claims
- Proactively track B2B orders and launch dates to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries
- Manage 3PL relationships to ensure high service levels, smooth operations, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs
- Own the operational onboarding of new B2B clients
- Build strong internal and external relationships through regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and on-site visits
- Ensure shipment data is accurately recorded in the ERP system
