- Professional experience in logistics, disposition, transport coordination, or freight forwarding
- Vocational training or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field

- Additional European languages

Aufgaben
- Coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments across Europe
- Book carriers and freight forwarders
- Plan transport and schedule delivery slots
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and service providers
- Coordinate packaging requirements
- Prepare markings and labels for shipping
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation
- Record and manage claims
- Investigate root causes of claims and damages
- Coordinate credit notes, replacements, and returns
- Manage RMA cases
- Maintain product master data
- Maintain supplier master data
- Maintain tariff classification data
- Maintain Incoterm data
- Maintain logistics information such as weights and dimensions
- Develop and improve SOPs, templates, checklists, and workflows
- Help automate logistics processes using our ERP system and Google Sheets
