Aufgaben
- Deliver Seqonis solutions for leading global pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable platform configurations
- Configure applications, workflows, dashboards, KPIs, forms, and business processes
- Validate delivered solutions and support testing, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Own technical work packages within enterprise implementation projects
- Plan and execute implementation tasks while managing technical dependencies
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Customer Solutions, and customer stakeholders
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of assigned solutions
- Deploy, configure, and operate Seqonis in customer Kubernetes environments
- Integrate Seqonis with enterprise systems, operational data sources, and AI architectures
- Configure APIs, data mappings, identity management, and platform integrations
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and infrastructure issues while contributing reusable implementation standards
