Anforderungen
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance

- Advanced degree and profound experience, or bachelor's degree and many years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical packaging operations or related GMP environment
- Preferred fields of study: Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Related scientific discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements, quality systems, and regulatory standards
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for process improvement
- Advanced communication skills for internal and external interfacing
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Artios, AutoCAD)
- Proven track record in implementing cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics for operational excellence
- Strong understanding of packaging processes, materials, and industry requirements
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments when required
- Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Experience with documentation and SOP compliance in regulated environments
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
