Aufgaben
- Conduct daily room checks
- Execute improvement projects in guest rooms
- Elevate space quality with Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Monitor guest arrivals
- Run daily housekeeping briefings
- Walk all public areas to ensure they are pristine
- Schedule and attend maintenance appointments
- Guarantee rooms are ready by check-in
- Ensure external partner amenities run smoothly
- Execute key property projects
- Proactively spot, report, and fix discrepancies
- Analyze guest reviews and conversations
- Identify root causes of on-site requests or complaints
- Fix issues quickly and effectively
- Manage efficient storage in back of house
- Handle stock and deliveries proactively
- Enforce local compliance
- Assist remote ICT team with tech troubleshooting
- Log issues consistently
- Escalate on-site developments
- Update internal databases with property knowledge
- Check online listings for accuracy
- Ensure guest-facing digital information is accurate
- Ensure guests feel safe and cared for during disruptions
- Speak with affected guests face-to-face
- Answer guest questions and provide updates
- Offer reassurance to guests
- Guide guests to tailored assistance
- Post physical notices
- Provide in-person updates to guests
- Coordinate with external partners for on-site resolution
- Escalate issues when required
