- Ideally focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
- Deliver on strategic and operational goals in time-sensitive environments
- High degree of independent, structured work in dynamic settings
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem resolution
- Expertise in analytical tools and advanced research methodologies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end operations processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident interfacing with senior and executive levels
- High resilience and positive professional attitude under pressure
- Statistical analyses for data-driven decision-making and product validation
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Exposure to international environments
Aufgaben
- Drive development of online eye measurement solutions
- Manage complex technical programs from request to delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Manage global production improvement activities
- Optimize processes, conduct failure analysis, and implement lean management
- Report to stakeholders and executive management
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Analyze and articulate complex technical and operational issues
- Train peers and share learnings
- Support adoption of digital and data-driven tools
