- Plan and coordinate IT development and configuration activities
- Monitor cross-functional IT project progress
- Integrate business, product, and technical requirements into project scope
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Analyze proposed solutions against system architecture and business needs
- Coordinate effort estimation and resource planning with stakeholders
- Validate IT components against technical standards and integration principles
- Facilitate requirement workshops with stakeholders
- Document and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
- Ensure traceability of requirements through development and testing
- Maintain project schedules, dashboards, and status reports
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues
- Track adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate internal IT testing and system integration testing
- Conduct user acceptance testing and pilot/production validation
- Track and resolve test issues with development teams
- Ensure release readiness and smooth production transition
