- Communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently
- Influence without formal authority

- Design and deploy end-to-end process architecture
- Develop Operational Excellence playbook
- Define standards and tools for operational performance
- Coach Area and Practice Managers in lean methodologies
- Build operational capability through structured problem-solving
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation and automation
- Ensure successful rollout of improvements
- Monitor process adherence and operational performance
- Track KPIs and conduct root cause analysis
- Drive data-informed improvement actions
- Support change initiatives in clinics
- Embed new ways of working effectively
- Identify and scale best practices from high-performing clinics
