- 2–4 years experience in operational, continuous, or lean transformation roles

- Knowledge of process mapping, standardisation, and KPI systems
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and influence without authority

- Analyze operational performance data
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Support deployment of process architecture and playbook
- Develop and maintain operational standards documentation
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Drive standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives
- Monitor process adherence and performance
- Track KPIs and perform root cause analysis
- Drive improvement actions from insights
- Work cross-functionally to support adoption
- Support and embed change initiatives in clinics
- Support testing and scaling of best practices
- Coach teams on operational standards
- Collaborate to drive operational improvements
- Support digital transformation and standardization
