Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of project management and/or continuous improvement and operations excellence experience, preferably in supply chain, quality, or transformation environments
- Proven track record of full scope and on time project delivery for complex international cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and proven commercial/data analysis experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; able to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Experience working across cultural and multi-functional specificities in complex situations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a matrix environment
- Fluent English; German or other market languages are a plus
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus

- Lead end-to-end operational excellence projects
- Support QSC teams in strategic alignment
- Collaborate with Programs & Performance Lead
- Work with global, regional, and local stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Identify and manage stakeholders
- Report and track project progress
- Manage risks and issues
- Standardize processes
- Adopt best project management practices
- Facilitate workshops and meetings
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes
