- Support the Project Manager in leading the implementation process
- Influence the project team to ensure schedule commitments
- Provide ongoing organizational and tactical project support
- Coordinate all project aspects and engage functions for solutions
- Establish credibility and working relationships with team members
- Track team deliverables to ensure project completion
- Structure, plan, and monitor product-level development projects
- Manage communications between the Project Manager and teams
- Follow organizational models and regulatory guidelines for projects
- Coordinate and organize project documentation
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules
- Track and communicate potential project risks
- Maintain the project team SharePoint site
- Monitor budget commitments and purchase necessary supplies
- Provide support to various specialist departments
- Coordinate investigations into product complaints
- Manage and coordinate external development partners
- Coordinate reviews for field observations
