- Perform data analysis for projects
- Track R&D projects from start to end
- Support laboratories in achieving business goals
- Support local compliance projects
- Support internal control projects
- Collaborate with laboratory managers on EHS management
- Manage laboratory materials and equipment
- Oversee laboratory set-ups
- Conduct regular laboratory controls
- Ensure laboratory safety
- Manage laboratory waste disposal
- Manage internal and external conferences and visits
- Assist platform operation management with daily administrative tasks
- Manage documentation
- Facilitate cross-department communication
- Support project cooperation
- Update and optimize process charts
- Prepare department reports
