- M.Sc. / Dipl. Ing or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or relevant technical discipline
- Basic understanding of CMOS process integration
- Analytic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English language required – written & verbal (at least C1)
- Semiconductor technology experience in process integration or unit process modules
- Proficient usage of German language is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop process integration in the BEOL area
- Optimize and stabilize manufacturing technologies
- Ensure product quality and reduce defectivity
- Improve process stability and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with unit process and yield engineering teams
- Work with analysis labs, quality, and reliability teams
- Support new product introduction and characterization
- Align with Integration platform and customer teams
- Handle excursions and solve problems using 8D methodology
