- Completed degree in Chemistry or Biology (EFZ, Bachelor’s)

- Knowledge of GxP rules (asset)
- Experience in computerized system validation following SOPs and guidelines (desired)
- Good IT user knowledge of Excel and LIMS (advantage)
- Fluency in English (must)
- Fluent German proficiency (advantage)
- Detail-oriented and structured working style
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to help
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate with customer
Aufgaben
- Handle customer chemical samples
- Ensure proper sample administration and storage
- Manage samples in the internal database
- Adjust sample data as needed
- Book received chemical samples according to specifications
- Manage samples under various storage conditions
- Issue and receive samples to and from customers
- Dispose of samples according to guidelines
- Communicate with customers about disposal queries
- Comply with specified framework conditions
