In this role, you will support the Inventory Services Team by managing laboratory stock, coordinating waste disposal, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of inventory control, sterilization tasks, and collaboration with service providers.

Anforderungen

• •Completed apprenticeship as a logistics specialist, laboratory technician, or comparable professional experience
• •Initial experience in logistics, especially with chemicals or hazardous materials
• •IT knowledge (SAP, Excel, Outlook, MS Office, etc.)
• •Very good German language skills
• •Good English language skills advantageous
• •Service-oriented mindset
• •GMP experience advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Manage laboratory inventory and point of use
• •Control stock levels and initiate orders
• •Receive and dispatch goods
• •Conduct inventory tracking
• •Dispose of various waste according to guidelines
• •Coordinate with service providers for lab clothing and equipment repairs
• •Wash glass and plastic items
• •Sterilize laboratory utensils such as bottles and pipettes
• •Check and calibrate equipment as per instructions and schedule
• •Assist in creating SOPs for various service activities
