Aufgaben

  • Lead German sales organization in planning and executing sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Abbott guidelines and ethical policies
  • Drive sales excellence and build a high-performance team culture
  • Manage commercial efforts to support business goals
  • Implement and maintain quality processes per ISO, MDR, IVDR, and other regulations
  • Achieve revenue and margin goals through sales excellence
  • Coach and develop the sales team
  • Grow Cardiometabolic business with specific sales, margin, and market share goals
  • Manage sales funnel and track performance against key indicators
  • Execute corrective actions as needed
  • Foster collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service
  • Define sales strategy with the General Manager
  • Contribute to budget planning
  • Analyze market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Identify business growth opportunities and risks
  • Develop key opinion leader management and strategic partnerships
  • Ensure sales organization compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Maintain awareness of quality consequences in job performance
  • Exhibit professional behavior aligned with Abbott vision, culture, and values
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
