- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- Proven success in managing national accounts and meeting sales targets

- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Strong project management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (>50%)
Aufgaben
- Manage and grow key accounts in the packaging sector
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Understand client needs for packaging materials and functionality
- Identify client-specific sustainability and performance requirements
- Develop a solid pipeline of NKA customers in Central Europe
- Drive effective lead and pipeline management to meet targets
- Explore new market opportunities to expand the NKA customer base
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the key accounts division
- Analyze customer and market data to inform sales strategies
- Ensure revenue and performance targets are consistently met
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
