Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- •5+ years in sales or key account management
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
- •Proven success in managing national accounts and meeting sales targets
- •Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- •Collaboration and lateral leadership skills
- •Excellent presentation and influencing skills at senior levels
- •Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- •Strong project management skills
- •Willingness to travel extensively (>50%)

- •Manage and grow key accounts in the packaging sector
- •Build strong, long-term client relationships
- •Act as the main point of contact for key clients
- •Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- •Understand client needs for packaging materials and functionality
- •Identify client-specific sustainability and performance requirements
- •Develop a solid pipeline of NKA customers in Central Europe
- •Drive effective lead and pipeline management to meet targets
- •Explore new market opportunities to expand the NKA customer base
- •Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- •Achieve sales targets and KPIs for the key accounts division
- •Analyze customer and market data to inform sales strategies
- •Ensure revenue and performance targets are consistently met
- •Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- •Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
