- Ensure consistency in all procurement actions for the commodity
- Implement procurement policies
- Perform market analysis, including global sourcing and offsets
- Manage sourcing activities (e.g., CFT, RFP)
- Manage purchase orders and contracts
- Monitor and improve supplier performance
- Identify and lead value creation projects
- Support product and service innovation
- Maintain long-term supplier relationships
- Ensure risk management
