Aufgaben
- Perform routine microbiological testing on water, gas, in-process materials, final products, raw materials, and environmental samples
- Conduct material qualifications and manage QC inventory control
- Identify organisms in samples
- Execute Bioburden, Endotoxin, Sterility, Microbial Identification, and biological indicator testing
- Prepare and maintain microbial stock cultures
- Conduct method suitability testing for bacteriostasis and fungi stasis
- Assist in special projects, including validations and microbiological studies
- Create, revise, and review documents such as SOPs, material specifications, protocols, and trend reports
- Perform analytical investigations and manage deviations
- Review microbiology testing data and logbooks for accuracy
- Train other analysts on procedures as needed
- Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated
