Aufgaben
- Lead a laboratory team of 5 to 10 technical staff
- Evaluate vaccine immunogenicity through serological testing
- Manage the lifecycle of serological assays
- Develop and optimize antigen-specific serological assays
- Qualify and validate serological assays
- Decommission outdated serological assays
- Monitor analytical methods in routine use
- Control laboratory results in a timely manner
- Maintain laboratory qualification status
- Oversee equipment qualification and change management
- Report deviations as necessary
